Whether purchasing online or if you’re more comfortable, calling the office and speaking with one of our door experts either way we will walk you through the whole process and make sure you know what to expect each step of the way.
The first step is the measure, and our measurement process is second to none. Your doors are measured with our 3D imaging device that gives us a digital measure in less than a minute. We measure your frames not your existing doors, this ensures an exact fit when your new doors arrive.
After selecting the door style, we will discuss hardware and Factory Finishing. We offer a versatile selection of solid brass, hand forged hardware.
All Cutting is done on our Computer controlled cutting machine that cuts your doors with an accuracy of a fraction of an inch. Our machine cuts the perimeter of the door, bevels your door for a smoother operation, drills the holes for your handles, routs out the hinges and drills the holes for the screws. Producing a Custom “Doors2Fit door” that can not be matched in precision by any other method.
If Factory Finishing is part of your selection the doors are then sent into the paint production line. They will be hand sanded and factory finished with a quality latex semi-gloss lacquer or Exterior BP Enamel attaining an attractive, durable and lasting finish.
Installing your doors usually can be performed in less than ten minutes a door. It takes longer to install the hardware than it does the actual door. By saving so much time we are able to pass that savings on to you and give you the lowest price available industry wide.
